Without the threshold moment, we have the society that stares at us as it does today. Pleading. Desperate for belonging. Looking to the wrong role models.
Mentorship for youth is not a luxury. It is essential in shaping tomorrow's man.
We do this by bringing them close. In a closed environment with seasoned men. Role models. Fathers. And through rites of passage we bring forward a moment in this child's life where he no longer identifies with what he was, and starts to claim what he is.
