Identity

Who
am I?

How many times have you asked yourself the question:

Who am I?

Most of the time, what answers back is not truth, but identity. Conditioning. Roles. The version of yourself built to survive, succeed or belong.

This work begins when those identities no longer fit.

It follows the shape of the Hero's Journey:

The Descent.
The Death.
The Return.

Not physical death, but the death of what is false. The identities, masks and stories that once protected you but now keep you disconnected from yourself.

This work is for men standing at a threshold moment.

A crossroads. A quiet unraveling. A sense that the life you built no longer feels fully alive.

Often this begins between 35 and 45.

The questions start to burn louder:

Who am I?
Why am I here?
What am I actually doing with my life?

Many men arrive here after achieving what they once thought would fulfil them. Success. Career. Family. Status. They climb the first mountain only to realise something deeper is waiting on the other side.

Then comes the descent.

The valley. The uncertainty. The stripping away.

Before a man climbs the second mountain, he usually has to let parts of himself die first.

That is where this work lives.

Peeling back the layers one by one and asking honestly:

Does this still serve me?
Or is it something I am finally ready to let go of?

Not to become someone new, but to return to who you were before the world told you who to be.

In his words

Before working with Lion, I had been going through a very big transition phase. Failing business, depression, feeling lost with no real purpose. From the start I went deep into my identity, unraveling the parts of myself that no longer served me. A lot of 'aha' moments. His approach is a combination of coaching and wizardry.
